Plans
The free trial and the Pro, Open Guest and Enterprise plans, what each includes, how they are billed, and how to choose or change one.
Every new account starts with a free trial. After it, you choose one of three plans: Pro for one person, Open Guest for businesses that want their clients to measure and ask for estimates, and Enterprise for teams. There is no free plan: once the trial ends, you need a plan to keep working on your projects.
The free trial#
The trial lasts 30 days from the day you sign up and needs no card. The dashboard's Overview shows how many days are left, and you get an email three days before it ends.
If you do nothing, the trial ends and nothing is charged. Your projects stay in your account, and the dashboard asks you to Choose a plan to keep working on them. See the dashboard.
You can choose a plan before the trial is over:
- Pro: the rest of your trial carries on, and the first payment is taken on the day it would have ended.
- Open Guest and Enterprise: the paid plan starts at once and the trial ends.
What each plan includes#
The checkout lists what each plan includes. Every plan, and the free trial, has:
- Worldwide cadastral parcels
- Products and estimates: price your materials and every project shows a live quote
- Unlimited projects
- Unlimited upload and attach pictures to any geometry
- Share for real-time collaborative work

Open Guest adds:
- Allow your potential customers to measure and get estimates without creating an account
- Customize default and project-specific pricing to show estimates for your potential customers
- Access to the guest projects created by your potential customers
- Receive email notifications when a guest requests an estimate

Monthly or yearly#
Pro and Enterprise are paid monthly or yearly. When the yearly plan costs less than twelve months, the checkout shows how much you save, worked out from the current prices. Before a yearly plan renews, you get a reminder email 14 days ahead.
Open Guest is monthly only. It is billed at the end of each month: the monthly fee plus each guest project created that month. When the checkout says so, the first guest projects each month are included in the fee. You can set a spending limit: see usage and budget.
Enterprise: priced per user#
On the Enterprise tab, choose the number of User accounts first: the prices follow it. The price shown is for that number of users, and the line under it gives the price of each additional user.
- The minimum is 5 users, and never fewer than the members already in your organisation. The maximum is 1000.
- You can add or remove users later, from the Seats page: see seats.

Prices are not listed in this help because they depend on your currency and can change. The checkout always shows the current ones:
- In the dashboard, open Subscription.
- Press Subscribe, or Change plan if you already have a plan.
- Pick a tab to see that plan's prices. The Summary on the side adds any tax and shows what is due today.
Prices are in US dollars or euros, chosen from where you are. Once you have paid, your account keeps the same currency.
When the price of your plan changes, either you keep the price you pay, or you get an email at least 30 days before your plan renews at the new price.
Choose or change a plan#
- In the dashboard, open Subscription > Overview, and press Subscribe or Change plan. The dashboard's Overview also has a Choose a plan button during the trial.
- Under Plan, pick Pro, Open Guest or Enterprise, then Monthly or Yearly. The plan you are on is marked Current plan.
- Under Pay with, pick a saved card or press Add a card.
- Check the Billing details. They are needed before you can pay: if they are missing, press Complete billing details. See billing details.
- To use a discount code, press Have a discount code?, type the code and press Apply. If the code cannot be used, the checkout says why.
- Read the Summary: what is charged today, with any discount and the tax worked out for your billing details, and the next charge.
- Tick the box, which accepts the terms and asks for your plan to start at once, and press the pay button.
When you change plan, the difference is worked out for you: see change your plan.
