Language, units and theme
Choose the app's language, the measurement units your projects start with, and the colour theme and light or dark mode, on the dashboard's Settings page.
The dashboard's Settings page holds the choices that apply to the whole app. In the dashboard menu, press Settings.
Language#
Under Language, choose the language of the app. The change applies at once. The language picker in the dashboard menu's bottom row makes the same choice.
Measurement units#
Under Measurement units, choose how distances and areas are shown across your projects: Metric, Imperial or Other (local units such as the fanega or the tsubo). Each choice shows an example. The line below it names the exact units in use, such as square metres or hectares; pick those inside a project, in its settings.
Colour theme#
Under Appearance, pick one of ten themes under Theme, such as Classic (the default) or Hi-Vis: each tile is drawn in its theme. Under Mode, choose Light, Dark or System, which follows your device. The light and dark switch in the dashboard menu's bottom row changes the mode too.
The theme and the mode are kept in this browser, also after you sign out, so another browser or device can look different.
